Conference Registration and Membership Fees.
Membership is required for conference registration. Membership year runs from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. Members whose membership expired December 31, 2011 must pay the non-member fees (which include a complimentary, one-year membership) or they must renew their membership before they register. Pre-registration is required to obtain the fees quoted on this form.

Pre-registration deadline is 12 February 2012. Only those participants who have pre-registered by the deadline will be assured of conference materials.

Make checks payable to KCTE/LA. Purchase Orders must be signed by your school or district officer, or we are not allowed to register you. We impose a $25 fee on any returned checks. No refunds will be issued after the pre-registration deadline (12 February 2012), and cancellations before the pre-registration deadline are subject to a $30 (non-refundable) cancellation fee.

You must reserve your room before 01 February 2012 and indicate that the room is for the KCTE/LA conference. When registering, tell the booking agent you are with the Kentucky Council of Teachers of English/Language Arts to receive the conference rate of $129.00 single (per night), plus tax.
